Shipping & Delivery
White Glove service to the room of your choice.
- Shipping will be via a third party provider or by our own delivery service and will be determined depending on availability.
- The delivery service is a 2-person delivery service, you will receive a phone call and an email prior to delivery to arrange a convenient date and time slot and your order will be taken to room of choice. It is the responsibility of the Customer to be available to accept delivery.
- We reserve the right to deliver outside of this time frame due to any issues out of our control i.e, force majeure, payment problems, restrictions enforced during Covid-19 or stock availability.
The delivery time scale is approximately 10 / 14 Working days depending on how busy the delivery service are.
- We can only deliver to UK mainland or Northern Ireland only. Isle of Wight and Jersey are not applicable. You may have the sofa delivered to a UK address however you must confirm the sofa/s are accepted before any further shipping you may arrange to Isle of Wight or Jersey.
- If a confirmed delivery fails due to non availability there may be charges incurred for any re delivery.
- There will be no refund or compensation due should we fail to deliver in the stated time frames.
